There are some side effects that you can get after the surgery:

Wound infections

This is the rare side effect that a person can get from the rhinoplasty. The risk of getting any wound infection is less then 2 percent. Implants are the major cause to increase the risk of wound infections.

Burst blood vessels

if you notice some small red spots on your nose after the surgery, they are one of the side effects of the rhinoplasty. The main reason of this side effect is bursting of blood vessels. Though, it is very rare but should not be neglected as doctors say. If you do not take the proper medicine for this side effect, then these can be remain forever.

Abnormal shape

This is the one side effect of the rhinoplasty that is beyond human control. An abnormal shape of the nose can be brought about by a lapse during surgical procedures, the patient’s head was not kept elevated and sleeping on one area without proper splint.

Bleeding

this is the most common side effect. This happens to almost every patient and this can be up to one week or four months. It is important for the patient to stay calm that is most important.
